You can view your interest for the financial year either via Online Banking or the People First Bank App.
If you are registered for Digital Banking, simply log on and select ‘Accounts’. You can then go into each individual account and select the ‘Details’ for this account. This includes information for the last financial year.
Your interest details are included on your statements.
For the interest you have received (credited) on Savings accounts and Term Deposit accounts, an interest credit summary is included on your June statement. This is located on the final page of your June statement and includes a summary of the full financial year.
For interest that you have paid (debited) for loan accounts, this information is included on your regular lending account statements. Interest charged on lending accounts is calculated daily and debited on the final day of each calendar month, so it appears as the final transaction at the end of each month.
