One-time password impersonation scam

We're seeing an increase in impersonation scams trying to gain access to customer's personal information or funds by impersonating People First Bank or People’s Choice.

Remember, we will never contact you to request:

  • your passwords
  • your card details
  • verification, access or SMS passcodes
  • remote access to your device
  • that you to transfer money to a different account or financial institution.

If you receive a call claiming to be from People First Bank or People’s Choice asking for this information, hang up and call us back on 13 11 82 so that you can be sure you are talking to us.
