Our second Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) continues the journey started with our inaugural plan, strengthening our efforts to drive positive change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At People First Bank we are committed to supporting Australia’s reconciliation journey which we believe is fundamental to achieving respect for, celebrating, and learning from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Our vision for reconciliation

Our vision for reconciliation is to help empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with financial knowledge and capability, to help spark positive change for individuals and for their communities.

Not only does this RAP signal our commitment to reconciliation by taking measurable and accountable action, but our journey to get to this point shows a holistic approach to creating meaningful and sustainable relationships with our First Nations customers, employees and communities.
