Batch payment functionality was available to all customers in the People’s Choice Internet Banking Platform. No new users can access batch payment functionality from 3rd March 2026.
This functionality will be retired in 2026. Existing users can continue to utilise the feature until the decommissioning of People’s Choice Internet Banking, the current indicative date for this is from May 2026. Users will need to find an alternative payment solution prior to the decommissioning date.
The People First Bank code is HPC and the Direct Entry User ID is 660611.
