Need to make an insurance claim?
Call CGU’s claims team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 13 24 80.
Home, landlord or motor vehicle claims can also be made online by logging into your CGU online account if your policy was first purchased after 16 June 2025, or renewed after 9 August 2025.
Managing your insurance online
If your policy was purchased after 16 June 2025, or renewed after 9 August 2025, you can make certain updates online, such as adjusting your excess amounts or optional benefits.
